Payment policies:

We prefer payments through Paypal where you can pay by credit or debit card, or by ACH payment from your checking account.  Please note that payments through Paypal will show our parent company's name, Pierce Ventures, on the receipt. Their service is fast, easy, and secure.  However, we will also accept money orders.

 
 


If paying by money order, email us with the item number and item name so that we may place a hold on the item (unfortunately the item you wish to purchase could be bought by someone else before we read your email using this method, which is why Paypal is the better option).  If the item is available, we will email you with your order confirmation and the address for you to send payment.  Your money order payment must be received by us within 7 days of your email request or you forfeit the item.  Items will not be shipped until payment is received.


                        


International Buyers:

Please email us BEFORE ordering if you wish to know whether shipping charges apply to you where you live.  Otherwise, we will email you if additional charges apply after you place your order.  We offer free shipping to a limited number of countries.  Also, be aware that we are not responsible for items being detained by customs in your country, nor are we responsible for the length of time postal delivery takes in your country.


                                            

Shipping policies:

We ship via the U.S Postal Service.  

Insurance is optional but highly recommended, especially for more expensive items, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.  Add $1.70 to your purchase price if you wish to have insurance included with your shipment. 

We usually ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your payment (excluding holidays), and ONLY after payment is received, no exceptions. 


Returns:

If the item you receive does not meet your expectations we will gladly issue you a refund (less shipping and handling costs, if applicable).  A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item back from you (at your expense).  It must be returned within 7 days and must be in the same condition as it was when we sent it to you in order to qualify for a refund.  Remember, we are not responsible for shipping mishaps.

Please email us with any questions you have regarding any of the items you see listed on our web site.  We try to answer all emails within 24 hours (we give priority to email orders), but no later than 48 hours.
